In partnership with pastors and staff, the Audio-Visual Specialist will oversee the technical aspects of producing live services and events at Eastminster alongside a team of church volunteers. Primarily this will involve Eastminster’s Sunday morning worship service but may also involve other events and church activities as scheduled by the Session, Pastor, and/or Head of Staff (not included in regular schedule/salary – paid additional). The Audio-Visual Specialist will also be responsible for a weekly rhythm of basic maintenance and updates for Eastminster’s production systems. In all instances, this position will align itself with Eastminster’s vision as set forth by the Session and Pastor.
